Yes, we offer gift vouchers. You can buy it directly online or come to our office.
How long before my departure do I have to be at the kiosk ?
30 minutes before departure time, please come to the kiosk with your reservation form.
Do you accept credit cards ?
Yes, of course.
Can we privatize one of the boats ?
Yes, all the services can be made to measure according to your event (birthday, wedding, bachelor/bachelorette party, outing with friends, family, company,…)
Are we going to see dolphins ?
We can’t guarantee that. They are wild animals deciding whether to visit us or not.
Do I have to book in advance ?
Certain periods of the year are quickly full, especially during the whale season. Remember to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can I cancel or change my booking ?
In the event of cancellation by the Client before the planned date of departure: The Company will offer to postpone the sea trip or a refund. In case of cancellation by the Client after the planned date of exit: No refund possible.
Do you accept leisure passes ?
Yes, leisure passes are accepted upon presentation of your identity card.

If we have to cancel an outing due to bad weather conditions or if we don’t have enough passengers, you will be contacted by phone as soon as the decision is made.

You can book your outing directly on this website or on site at the kiosk in St Gilles les Bains.

What should I bring ?
We advise you to bring with you sunscreen, sunglasses, cap, beach towel and bathing suit.
